Fastener Reference List
AP0163 – Radiator rubber mount (side). Test-fitted on BMW 3 Series (E90/F30), 5 Series (E60/F10), and X5 (E70). Application location: radiator side rubber cushion mount and cooling module isolator.
AP0164 – Front bracket. Test-fitted on BMW 1 Series (E81/E87/F20), 3 Series (E90/F30), and X3 (E83/F25). Application location: front support bracket and radiator upper bracket retainer.
AP0165 – Mating clip for AP0180. Test-fitted on BMW 3 Series (E90/F30), 5 Series (E60/F10), and X5 (E70). Application location: mating clip for shield assembly and retainer (paired with AP0180).
AP0169 – Hood insulation clip. Test-fitted on BMW 3 Series (E90/F30), 5 Series (E60/F10), X3 (E83/F25), and X5 (E70). Application location: hood insulation pad retainer and engine hood liner clip.
AP0170 – Radiator bracket. Test-fitted on BMW 1 Series (F20), 3 Series (E90/F30), 5 Series (E60/F10), and X3 (F25). Application location: radiator support bracket and cooling module mounting retainer.
AP0171 – Radiator rubber mount (top/bottom). Test-fitted on BMW 3 Series (E90/F30), 5 Series (E60/F10), and X5 (E70). Application location: radiator upper and lower rubber cushion mount.
How to ensure correct fitment:
Remove your original fastener from the vehicle
Measure total length, head diameter, stem length and rib width using a caliper
Compare with the dimensions marked on the image above
If all dimensions match within 0.5mm, this part will fit your vehicle
